Cacao cocoon journey - £55
An aromatic ritual of cacao & aromatherapy to aid deep restorative rest and rejuvenation.
Following our opening ceremony we will sit together to make and drink the connecting ceremonial cacao. After which we will nestle you into the silk cocoons for an aromatic journey through the inner seasons. Gentle aromatic reiki, massage, and aromatherapy inhalations and hydrosol spritzers help to transport you deep into the cacao meditation.

No previous experience of anything required (We won’t be doing any acrobatic’s at this class…but perhaps Lottie will demonstrate something joyful for us?!)
**The silks are secure and supportive up to a maximum weight capacity of 200kgs / 31.5 Stone***
A closing circle includes reflective time to journal, choose your guiding oracle card and to gently return to your body before you feel safe to drive!
Includes goodie bag to continue your cacao & aromatherapy journey at home too.

Cacao & create (Life drawing wORKSHOP)
Join us at The Bakery Complex, L’Islet for a cacao and essential oil journey into creating direct from your heart.
This event will include a heart opening cacao in the opening ceremony, oil blend to spark creativity, plus all the materials you need for this life drawing session.
No experience necessary - a beginners mind is welcomed here.
